Ready to elevate your pickleball game this summer? Colorado Springs is booming with new, free outdoor courts. Find the closest one to you and get ready to serve, volley, and smash your way to pickleball perfection.

  • John Venezia Community Park (3555 Briargate Pkwy, 80920) - This park is a top pickleball destination in Briargate, Colorado Springs. It offers four outdoor concrete courts dedicated to pickleball, complete with permanent lines and nets. The courts are free and operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with amenities including restrooms, water, and lights. Be aware, these courts are spectacular but do fill out rather quickly on a nice sunny day.

  • Monument Valley Park (170 W Cache La Poudre St, 80903) - This park is a premier spot for pickleballers, featuring 15 dedicated outdoor hard courts. The courts, which are free to use, can be reserved. Amenities include restrooms, lights, and wheel chair accessibility.

  • Middle Shooks Run Park (650 E Williamette Ave, 80903) - This park features two hard outdoor courts with lines overlaid a tennis court, resulting in a slightly taller net than standard nets. The courts are free to use, and amenities include restrooms.

  • Banning Lewis Ranch (9670 Vista Del Pico Blvd, 80927) - There are 8 outdoor concrete courts at Banning Lewis Ranch. The courts are public and free to use. Amenities include lights that can be turned on manually. The actual courts are about a mile away from Banning Lewis Recreational Center, next to the 'Vista Park Dog Park.'

  • Bear Creek Regional Park (Argus Blvd, 80906) - There are 12 hard outdoor courts here with permanent lines and nets. These courts are free and players will have access to restrooms, water, and wheelchair accessibility. You can reserve courts here as well which is highly recommended.

  • Balcon Park (9048 Kingston Heath Rd, 80831) - This park is the most popular place to play pickleball in Peyton, Colorado. There's 4 outdoor concrete courts here. The courts are free and not available for reservation. There are restrooms on-site.
