• 5K for St. Patrick's Day - 711 S. Tejon St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903
  Work off those green beer calories by running the 5K for St. Patrick's Day. For the 39th year, runners will race on the flattest course in Colorado Springs. Feel free to don a kilt or other holiday-appropriate wear. Bring the little ones along to participate in the Leprechaun Fun Run, taking place immediately after the 5K. Race time is 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 11. Registration fee is $35 in advance and $40 the day of the race. 
  
  
• St. Patrick's Day Parade - Tejon St. & E. St. Vrain, Colorado Springs, CO 80903
  Whether or not you run the 5K, don't miss the 39th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Colorado Springs, held rain or shine. Food booths will line the parade route to provide sustenance during the 90-minute event. You can also watch from Paddy O'Pub, a pop-up tavern on Bijou that will serve beer and whiskey. Parade time is noon on Saturday, March 11. Tickets are available for grandstand seating, or get there early to grab one of the many free viewing spots along Tejon St.
  
  
• Abby's Irish Pub - 9697 Prominent Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80924
  Raise a pint of Guinness in honor of St. Paddy at Abby's Irish Pub. Backed by 20 years of restaurant service near Colorado Springs homes for sale, owners Mike and Megan Davis realized a long-held dream when they opened Abby's. The menu is loaded with shepherd's pie, boxtys, and other traditional Irish favorites. Even the macaroni and cheese is dressed up with corned beef.   One of the newer holiday traditions around Woodland Park homes for sale is back. The city's 4th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade passes in front of the Cultural Center and Library, concluding in front of Gateway Elementary at the corner of Baldwin and Pikes Peak. As in previous years, the fun doesn't stop there. For only $5, you can take part in the Pub/Food Crawl with plenty of great discounts on food and beverages. The parade starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, while the Pub/Food Crawl runs through Saturday, March 18.

  Hosting a St. Patrick's Day party? Wow your guests with a professional-style charcuterie board that you assemble yourself. The upcoming edition of Goat Patch Brewery's Make & Take Workshop series focuses on tips and tricks for creating a St. Patrick's Day charcuterie board.  During class, enjoy $1 off pints of Baltic Porter, Scottish Red Ale, and other signature brews from Goat Patch. The workshop runs from noon - 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 11. Tickets are $45 per person.
