I worked with Rodny over a period of 3 years, as we knew we were going to sell a certain property, but were not sure about the timing. Rodney cheerfully provided new market analysis whenever we asked. As soon as we were ready to go; he and his partner Stephanie were ready to go! Two key factors related to why we used him was (1) his extensive personal knowledge of the subdivision we were in and (2) ability to get contractors into the house to do many different needed repairs.
